- Advised Tab International Energy Corporation, a Canadian Oil and Gas company, on the successful acquisition of oil prospecting license 311 offshore from Sunlink Nigeria Limited
- Negotiated on behalf of Tab International Energy Corporation with Maine Oil and Gas, and Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc (Local content vehicles) with regards
to acquisition of oil prospecting license 234 and 454. The firm's engagement covered the entire process of negotiation, structuring and documentation of the transaction.
- Advised Badagry Petroleum Refinery Limited (first privately owned Refinery in Nigeria, government approved) on the construction and operation of a petroleum refinery in Nigeria, and granting of lifting rights of 200,000 barrels per day.
- Acted as a legal guide to Titan Oil (United Kingdom based company) as an
investor into the Nigerian Oil and Gas sector.
- Acted as legal advisers to Medeo U.K (an investment consortium) in the negotiations of the monthly purchase of 10,000 barrels of Bonny light /
Brass River crude oil.

- Recently advised Universal Electronics on a $200,000,000 Distributorship Agreement.
- Advised a top Telecommunication Company and assisted with its registration
with National Office for Technology Acquisition & Promotion (NOTAP).
- Negotiated and prepared a Bulk SMS Agreement between Premium SMS Nigeria Limited and Greystones Engineering Limited.
- Prepared the vendor’s Agreement between Uptimal Resources and V-mobile Nigeria (now Airtel)
