• Retained by Grant Properties Ltd in the Financing and construction of Goshen Estates Nigeria consisting of over 80 apartments. Our engagement included drafting of sale agreements, loan agreements, building contracts, perfection of titles and service management agreement.

• Acted for Grant Properties Ltd in a N2.6 Billion Medium Term Syndicated Loan Underwritten for Goshen Estates.  

• Advised a client and prepared all necessary transactional documents in the financing and development of approximately 50.349 hectares of land worth N22,000,000,000 at Victory Estate Igbokushu Village, Lekki Peninsular Scheme II. Lagos.

• Currently involved on behalf of a client in the Project Financing and development of I.7 Billion Naira Everest Hill Court Abuja.

LITIGATION/ ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION

• Retained by Grayshot Limited to recover its 5million dollars debt owed by the Federal Government sequel to an earlier Judgment obtained by the firm on Grayshot’s behalf.  

• Obtained Judgment over property worth One billion naira for Weide & Co. Limited.

• Recently negotiated a N40Million out of Court settlement to victims of toxic waste dumped in Delta State, Nigeria.
